Duluth: The University of Minnesota Duluth Senior High School Band Festival begins with an honor band guest artist concert at 7 p.m. Friday in Weber Music Hall. The concert band and symphonic wind ensemble performs at 4 p.m. Saturday in Marshall Performing Arts Center. Free.
